Great as quick healthy breakfast or as a snack on the go. Naturally sweetened with Honey and Banana Great for even picky eaters, my Daughter ate three of these in one sitting!
Ingredients:
- Oats
- 250g
- Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp
- Baking Powder
- 1 tsp
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp
- Bananas
- 2 Large (3 Medium)
- Oatly Milk
- 175ml
- Honey
- 3 tbsp
- Egg

- Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp
- Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- 150g
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180C (350F/Gas 4) Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl add dry ingredients Oats, Baking powder, Cinnamon and Salt Stir until Combined.
- In a Separate bowl mix Banana, Vanilla, Eggs, Milk and Honey until fully combined.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well incorporated then gently stir in the blueberries until evenly spread throughout.
- Pour in to the baking pan make sure it is evenly spread. Bake for 35 minutes the top should be a golden brown colour.
- Remove from oven let cool for 10-15 minutes then cut to desired size servings. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
